Return & Refund Policy

At Treasures of Veda, each creation is crafted and delivered with utmost care. However, should you experience any concerns with your order, we’re here to ensure a seamless resolution experience.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
 Kindly note, after this period, returns or refunds cannot be accommodated.

2. Eligibility

An item is eligible for return or replacement only if:

● It arrives damaged or defective during delivery.

● A wrong item has been delivered by our team.

To qualify, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all certificates, packaging, pouches, and accessories received.

3. Refund & Exchange Options

● A full refund will be issued if the product is confirmed damaged or defective upon delivery.

● If preferred, customers may opt for an exchange of the same item, subject to availability.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

● Please share a complete unboxing video and clear photographs captured at the time of opening your package.

● Without visual proof, claims of damage or defects cannot be processed, as this verification is essential for quality assurance.

5. COD Orders

For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) purchases, refunds are processed via store credit only (bank refunds are not applicable).
 This policy is in place to ensure security and prevent fraudulent return claims.
